Unable to install the Silverlight portion

I am installing the Syncfusion product. From the dashboard, everything is installed successfully except the Silverlight samples.

Also, I opened the Visual Studio 2008 but I am not able to find any Silverlight controls. Any recommendations?

Essential Studio 2010 Volume 3 (v8.3.0.20, v8.3.0.21) Syncfusion do not provide the support for Silverlight controls in Visual Studio 2008 and Silverlight 3, Essential Studio supports only the Silverlight 4 in Visual Studio 2010 for the Syncfusion Silverlight products.

If you have used Essential Studio 2010 Volume 2 or lower versions please let me know your Visual Studio install details and Essential Studio version(s) installed in your machine.

Syncfusion Essential Studio v8.2.0.18 Silverlight controls supports with Visual Studio 2008.

As a current Essential Studio license holder, you are eligible to upgrade to any current release of Essential Studio. Also, our keys are version-specific. In order for you to install Syncfusion Essential Studio 2010 Vol 2 version 8.2.0.18, you can obtain your new version key by logging in to your support account in Direct Trac and going to the Product Downloads and Keys page from the Direct Trac customer dashboard. You will need to choose version 8.2.0.18 from the "Get Your Key Here" drop-down box so that you can get your key for this release.
