I recently submitted an incident with a sample project attached, then had to type a really long description of how to reproduce the problem. The support person replied to me with a video capture of him trying to do the actions, but was unable to reproduce the issue. I thought to myself, "That's a great idea! I should do that in the future, instead of typing the steps and missing something!"

Does anyone have any recommendations (especially anyone from Syncfusion) for video capture? I replied to my incident using Expression Encoder, but found the process a bit cumbersome with having to "encode" my capture after performing the capture, which took a really long time.
