need SQL script to create the three tables for Scheduler

I am trying to evaluate Syncfusion for my customer and have some questions:

1. Some one please point to me the SQL script to create the three tables for Scheduler: "Appointments", "Resources" and "Category"?

2. Can I add "Customer Attributes" into Scheduler like Telerik? Reference: http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/schedule_designcustomresourcesandattributes.html
If yes, can I do "multi select" in Customer Attribute?

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion Support.

Currently we do not provide support for 'Adding Custom Attributes into Schedule control'. This has been confirmed as a Feature Request. We will implement this feature in our forthcoming new version releases or service pack releases. We usually have an interval of at least three months between releases. The feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors such as product design, code compatibility and complexity. We will get back to you once the feature is implemented.
