Using polygons as Annotations

I'm working on an application in which users would like to select groups of points on a scatter plot using polygons. I found an example of using an ellipse as an annotation, and also discovered how I could change the size and location of the ellipse via mouse events. However, I've been unable to figure out anyway to use a polygon as an annotation.

If this is possible, can you point me to an example of how it is done? If it is not possible, I would appreciate that information as well so I know to look into alternate approaches (a rectangle or ellipse isn't nearly as good, but if that's the only way to do it...).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Greg,

I have created a simple sample to add polygon as Annotation. You can use mouse events on the polygon to increase or decrease the size.

Let me know, If you have any queries.
