DockingManager DockStateChangeEvent

Hi,

I am trying to fire dockstatechangeevent when an element changes its dockstate. But Syncfusion 8.1.0.30 does not support this feature while it provides DOckStateHandler. So it does not solve my purpose. DockingManager does have StateChangedEvent and handler also but it does not fire when my element changes the dockstate. I understand that DockstatechangeEvent is the supposed one to be fired. Please provide information on this.
