MS Help2 missing

When trying to open the local help from the syncfusion dashboard, I'm getting an error message saying that MS help2 isn't installed.

What am I missing?

Thanks for using our Syncfusion products.

Could you please ensure in your machine you have the following files ?

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\help 8\dexplore.exe

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\help 9\dexplore.exe

Try the Syncfusion Documentation from the following path

[Syncfusion Documentation Installed Path]\Utilities\StartDexplore

Ex: C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\Documentation\8.2.0.18\Utilities\StartDexplore

Please let me know if this helps you.

I have:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\help 9\dexplore.exe

Try the Syncfusion Documentation from the following path

[Syncfusion Documentation Installed Path]\Utilities\StartDexplore

Ex: C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\Documentation\8.2.0.18\Utilities\StartDexplore

This works. Help said it was upgrading to reflect the recent changes.

But as said, from the dashboard it does not work.

For the record: It's Windows 7 DE (german).

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

This is the known issue in the Vol 2 Release in the Dashboard we already fixed this issue and it will be available in the Vol 3 Release.

Please let me know if you have any other concerns.
