GridDataControl binding problem

I use a GridDataControl, bound to an observable collection.
Application starts when this collection is empty, and it is filled gradually.
At first I exposed 3 columns and everything worked fine:







Next I exposed another column and modified the existing column headers:








At startup the grid reflected the changes, but when the first Item had been added into collection the new exposed column disappeared and the column headers returned to their old captions as if I did nothing. Restarting didn't help.
