Chart Y Axis

We are attempting to overlay a chart onto a background so we are relying on the position of the Y axis in the chart. When there are large labels on the chart e.g 100000 the y-axis is shifted to the right.

Is there a way to guarantee the position of the y-axis relative to the edge of the chart control? I have a workaround of using a LabelTemplate to fix the width of the labels but was wondering if there is a better solution.

I have attched a simple sample, that supports 100 data points with labels ranging from 0 to 100000, based on your requirement.
But I could not identify your issue.

Could you send me a simple sample on this for resolving the issue.
