Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.
By default, GroupView does not have support to add the external scroll bar, please try using IntergratedScrooling in GroupView for scroll the GroupViewItem.s
Refer the Dashboard sample form below location:
Tools Windows -> Navigation Package -> GroupVIewDemo
