copy and paste copy content

Hi,

I had a word file like attachment. And it's has 10 bookmarks in table.

I want to copy some of the bookmarks content and paste to new WordDocument.

How can I do that?

Can the bookmarks contents be copied to another document at a specific location marked by a bookmark?
