Opening a passworded document

I have a passworded document with some form fields I need to be able to fill. When I do open the document with new PdfLoadedDocument(PDFData, "password"), the form names are all garbled with non-displayable characters - this prevents me from filling them with database table data. When password is removed form-filling works just fine.
I am including the pdf's metadata in XMP(zipped)

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.We analyzed the xmp document,we are unable to reproduce the issue.Could you please provide us with a sample and the pdf document which reproduces the issue.
