Popup annotation commenting disabled

We are interested in exploring the popup annotation for peer reviews. I ran the sample that came with the trial version. It shows the popup annotation but it does not allow to edit the text within the popup window. Do I have to install a specific edition/version of adobe or do I have to set a property through the code to enable commenting? I appreciate any inputs from the user commmunity.

Hi Ram,
We highly regret for the delay.
There seems to be an issue with trial install on Acrobat 9 on my machine. I had verified it with another machine and I was able to edit the annotation content.
