Hi Alberto,

There are no direct ways available to achieve this requirement and hence we need to achieve this by customizing the label class. I will prepare a sample for this and update you in 2 business days.

Thank you for your patience.

Regards,
Dinesh

It's working ok. Now I can add icons in a roundrect.

My question now is, can I do something to execute a javascript function when the user click on the icon?

Thanks!!!

Hi Alberto,

It is not possible to call a javascript function on clicking the icon that you have created by customizing the label, however you can use OnClientNodeClick event to call javascript function on node click.

For further details about client side events please refer to the following online document.

I am having the same question, but the link http://help.syncfusion.com/support/Diagram.Windows/KB/LabelIcons/main.htm does not see to be working any more.

Could you please, re-post the sample?

the link http://help.syncfusion.com/support/Diagram.Windows/KB/LabelIcons/main.htm does not see to be working any more. And I have the same question. Is it also possible for other shapes?
I want to use Essential Diagram for my Project, but with my own icons (.png) "instead of" or "combined" with other elements.

Thanks!

Hi Dimitri,

We regret for the inconvenience caused.

Please download the file from the following link:

http://help.syncfusion.com/support/Diagram.Windows/KB/LabelIcons/Diagram_WF_DataModel.zip

You can use your own icons in the customized label control.

Please let me know if you have any other queries.

Thanks,
Melba
