help twoway binding for wpf grid data control

I am new to both wpf and syncfusion, and I'm trying to do a twoway bind between a grid data control and a data table.

So far I can display the data table's data in the grid data control
but didn't know how to update the data table.

Can you post an example on how to do the twoway data binding?
