Property DayStartHour=8 makes loading of appointment so slow!

In our production system, we saw that setting DayStartHour=8 seems to make loading of 70 appointments in the calendar few times slower than when we don't use this property at all?

Setting of DayStartHour is very common in any work/resource calendar!

Is this some kind of bug?
