Exception on add new row

I'm getting NullRefference exception. To reproduce run attached project, select left bottom cell, press enter. How can I avoid this exception?

Another exception is thrown, to reproduce just click on column header. I'm getting NullRefference exception

Please create the direct trac incident for the first exception (select left bottom cell, press enter)

I could not able to replicate the second exception(click on column header).
• Can you please give me some more details?
