We appreciate your feedback and are keenly working on improving the functionalities of our products.
The script files in the chart MVC dll were some junk JS scripts and have already been removed and will not be occurring in our next release.
And about your client side requirements – Zooming, panning tool tip support and Live chart – We are glad to inform you that, these features have already been considered and are we are currently working on them. These features will be available in our upcoming releases.
