Hello,

Your print support is not working in FF 3.0 (Online Demo). Could you please help me out?

Hi Ravi,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I have tested for this issue and was able to reproduce this issue. And I have created a defect report 'Printing dialog box does not open properly when printing the chart in firefox 3.0 browser' in this regard and have forwarded it to our Development team. Timeline for fixing this issue is three weeks.
Fix will be available on or before Sep/29/09. You need to open a support incident in Direct Trac account to get the fix.

Please let me know if you have any other concern in this regard.
