Bug: Customize dialog shows non-xp scrollbar.

Hi,

I am using 1.6.1.8 on XP/vs.net 2003.

The menu customize dialog for the first time shows horizontal scrollbar in win2k style instead of XP style.

Run the XPMenusMDI sample. Right click on menubar and select "Customize ...". Switch to commands tab. Notice that the horizontal scrollbar is not XP Themed.

It refreshes once you switch tabs.
