i would like to custom format the number of the labels in a chart. I've attached an image of what i'm trying to do. Can some one tell me if it can be done, and if so, how ?

I am really sorry to say this, but as of now we don't provide any support for formatting Data labels in chart. But we do provide various other feature to work with an Excel Chart. You can follow the links below to view the sample applications.
