Installation Crash for Syncfusion for Windows Forms

Hello,
I have a Windows XP SP3 with Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition SP1. I tried to install Syncfusion 7.2.0.37. When it starts to prepare for registration, it suddenly crashes. I even installed it on a fresh copy of windows and VS.

I enclosed the images and would like to know if this problem was encountered by others.

Thanks for your response and hope to see this problem fixed. I installed it on Windows XP SP2 with no problems, I believe the key issue is with Windows XP SP3.
