Ver 2.0

Dear Syncfusion Team, Why do you play a game like that with your customers? You have great products and a real premium support, but your weakness is that you give us promises by promises and nothing happens. When you talk about "hours away", where is the product now? It's not the first time that we discus to cut out the Essential Suite from our framework and belive me, it's not the quality and its not the support. The reason for that is that a statement about a timeframe from Syncfusion has no value! How should we plan a release when a delay is around a half a year? If you would like to write me an answer that the beta is just hours away and it isn't, please let it be. Regards, Thomas

I can understand the frustration here—when timelines keep shifting, it makes planning releases almost impossible, even if the product quality and support are solid. Clear and realistic communication is just as important as features, especially for teams working on tight schedules. It’s similar in other areas too, even outside of development—whether it’s software tools or something more casual like trying a Summertime Saga game, people value transparency and knowing what to expect before they commit their time.

I get why you're frustrated. When someone says something is “hours away” and it turns into months, it’s really hard to plan anything around that. Most people would rather hear a realistic timeline than promises that keep getting pushed. Even in communities like the PS2 BIOS and emulator scene, people appreciate clear and honest updates. It just helps everyone manage expectations better.
