XPToolBar in Usercontrol

How do you use XPToolBar in a UserControl. I can get them in, but they won't doc correctly. I"ve put a GroupBox in and did FIll dock, then a XPToolBar and Dock Top, then a splitter and dock top, then a panel and dock fill. The panel ignores the splitter and toolbar and fills the entire GroupBox. What am I missing here.

Hi Ken, Can you try right-clicking on the panel and choose "Bring to Front". Thanks Arun
