Hi,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

I am able to see the problem in the document you sent to us. Could you please send me the code snippet you used so that I could re create and find the cause of the same?

Regards,
Geetha

Hi Geetha,

It's very complicated for me to send you the code snippet I use, but if you can explain me what the problem is, I can try to correct it directly.

Hi,

Thank you for your patience.

The problem appears to be with the Chart worksheet. If the chart is removed or relocated, the file opens successfully. Could you please let me know the Essential Studio version number so that I could recreate and find the cause of the problem? Meanwhile, I will create a similar document and will get back to you.

Regards,
Geetha

Hi,

I succeed in creating a visual studio 2008 solution that reproduce the problem but the code is confidential how can i send it to you?

In fact I use an excel document as a model. I open it and I clean the existing data and then I save it in a temp directory (with the IWorkbook.SaveAs() method). Then I reopen it, I fill its cells and I save it again, these operations causes the problem.
If I open the excel document I clean the existing data and then I fill the cells without saving it in the temp directory, it works.
