Layout Manager : drag-and-drop

Can the user drag-and-drop rearange controls at runtime? I'm interested in a vertical layout in which the user can move the controls up and down.

Currently we don’t have support for arranging controls at runtime by drag and drop using our Layout manager. Please let me know if you have any questions.
