Installing

Hi
I have downloaded the Installer for version 7.2.0.20
I have given up after 3 attempts to install as
1: The installer crashes with a number of errors...one of which is 267
2:VB 2008 crashes after attempting to set Choose Items for Syncfusion...only the chart component is installed
3: None of the samples work

4: The support site throws a 404 error Page not found

Not a very good first impression of the tools provided

I regret for the inconvenience caused. Have you tried installing the latest version 7.2.0.37 from http://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/latest-version

Can you please send us the error details or screen shots of the errors that you are seeing in the 7.2.0.20 build along with your machine configuration?

Also, please let us know your convenient time for an online meeting, so that we shall look in to these issues in your machine.
