Current forum situation

First of all I have to say that syncfusion was my first choice because of the good support for their products. But currently I am disappointed about the situation with the new forum.

I am not able to get a lot of samples from previous posts which make the corresponding threads useless in most cases.

e.g. links like:

http://files.syncfusion.com/support/user/uploads/GridListControl_Image_Multicolumn_63b4d1b7.zip

cannot be resolved anymore.

Furthermore searching multiple times seems to be not possible without modifiy the browser url field directly - at least with firefox the search behaves very strange (like if there is something cached from the previous search?)

I understand that you want to change the look - but wouldn't it be better to have an option to access the "old forum" till you can say the new one is stable enough to be productive?

Regarding the broken link issue, we are working on redirecting all broken links to the appropriate location. You can access them using the below link:

Regarding the multiple forum search issue, where the search word resets to the previous search word has been fixed in our current website. Moreover, we are also working on improving our forum search engine which should be available by the next week and will also be improving the look and feel of forum pages.

We regret for all the inconvenience caused and will fix the reported issues as soon as possible.
