I have the requirement to show little preview thumbnails of the first page of a document in a ListBox. I was wondering how or if this can be done with the Syncfusion Library?

If your intention is to preview thumbnails of the first page of a word document then currently we don't have support for this feature. If this is not your requirement. Could you please provide some information regarding your requirement? This will help us understand and provide details.

We have logged feature request regarding this. We don't have any immediate plan to implement this feature in the near future.
