CurrentCellEditingComplete event not getting fired

Hai
when i tried to copy paste a block of cells in grid control to another grid, data is getting pasted to the destination . But CurrentCellEditingComplete is not getting fired in the destination grid . because of this i am not able to read the pasted values . please give your valuable comments to sort this issue .
