Turning Nested Tables On/Off

Is there any easy way to turn nested tables off? I am binding to an object list, the objects may have child object lists but I do not want them showing up on the grid

The nested tables can be turned off by removing the relation between child table relation and parent table. Please refer the sample below which illustartes your requirement.
