When filling in a pre-designed PDF form, the format of the fields is not correct.
Using the fill-in form sample provided with EssentialPDF, if you change the format of the text (color, type font), and then run the sample, the text shows up as a generic font. When you click on a field in the pdf document, it changes the text to the correct font. However, as soon as you move away from the field, the text reverts back to a standard font.
Is there a way to preserve the font formatting in a pdf form after entering the data?
