Nested table on right hand side, next to parent record

Unfortunately it's not going to work trying to paste the schema and example without lines breaking in the wrong place!

I have a parent:child relationship of 1:n. I don't want the grid to be nested underneath the parent, but almost appear as another column to the right of the parent records.

Is such a configuration achievable in the GroupedGrid?
