Autocomplete Control Case

Hello,

I have an issue with the autocomplete control When a user is selecting a last name Griswold and they type lowercase g and then lowercase r the control selects an item on the list and then puts the letter at the end of the name. If I type a capital G then lowercase r this behavior does not happen and the control responds as expected. If I set the case sensative flag to true then as expected when I type lowercase g only lowercase g names are selected.

Is there something I am doing wrong or is this expected behavior?

Scott

Hi Scott,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

I have tested the issue with the simple sample in which I used AutoComplete control with TextBox. I am afraid that I was not able to reproduce the issue. Please refer to the below sample and the videoclip that illustrates this:

Sample:

Videoclip:

If I am missing anything, could you please let me know in detail so that I could work out in depth and provide you a better solution at the earliest?

Please let me know if any concerns.

Regards,
Fathima
