Was the build 6.4.0.12 that was available yesterday via direct-trac but seems to have dissappeared today posted by mistake? Was this the Vol 4 Candidate or the release? Thanks

Yes, it was posted by mistake as part of a website publishing process. Volume 4 RC will be available tomorrow (final release on the 14th).
