Can''t open xlsx file

When I try to open a .xlsx file: workbook = excelEngine.Excel.Workbooks.Open(HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath("/include/Template.xlsx"),ExcelOpenType.Automatic); It shows error message as below, what's the problem? Thanks!
