Converting Doc to Text

Hi
I need to save a word doc as text file. Word allows me to insert line breaks (CR/LF), important e.g. for table headings.

SaveTxt does not insert line breaks, thus table headings are saved back to back.

How can I convert a Word doc to text mimicking Word's behavior of inserting CR/LF?
