Column-mode selection with ALT key

Does this control support column-mode selection with the ALT key, just like in Microsoft Word?

Add support for column mode selection in Edit Control

On our initial analysis, we have found that the above issue could be a feature request. We have forwarded this to our developers. We will update you once this feature is available.
