Floating tool bar visibility when app is unfocused

Hello,

We're having an issue with a tool we have built on top of Syncfusion. Our users have requested that undocked, floating toolbars remain visible when the app they belong to is unfocused. Currently these are hidden as soon as focus is lost. I've looked around a fair bit and I cannot find a way to do this with the exposed functionality. Am I missing something or is this not possible?

The form in question is: Syncfusion.Windows.Forms.Tools.XPMenus.Bar
we are using Essential Studio 5.2.0.25

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

The floating Toolbars are getting hidden when the application loses its focus, is the default behaviour. Please refer to the video clip in the following link that illustrates this behaviour with Visual Studio:
