License Error LC0003

I'm getting a strange error in my code. It comes up saying "could not transform license file 'license.licx' into a library resource. Anyone else run into this problem or know how to fix it?

Hi Andy, Have you taken a look at the following Knowledgebase article: 8.3 I get this error message: "Could not transform licenses file 'licenses.licx' into a binary resource" How can I handle this? Thanks Arun
