Docking Manager

I have a form with a Docking manager control on it. In that Docking manager is a TabAdv control with 4 tabs. Two of the tabs will display controls that will fit in the tab vertically and this works fine. The other two however have controls that need to have the control opened more since they are more horizontal. Is there any way to deal with this.

What I would like to really do is have two windows docked. One with the two vertical tabs and docked to the left of the form and one with the other two tabs and docked to the bottom of the form. For an example of this you can take a look at Acrobat and click on the Comments tab and it will show at the bottons and the others show on the left side. Any help in getting this done would be appreciated.
