Fatal Grid Error exits form without breaking into debugger

We use a splitter in our SyncFusion grid. If the user moves the splitter to the top of the page, thus removing it and then drags it back down to its original spot, if the user changes any cell value the grid fatally errors and closes the form. I have not been able to trap the error, other than seeing a general error message stating that an Invalid Index occurred.

Any ideas on what would cause such an uncatachable error?

I am afraid that I am not able to reproduce the issue of the fatal error in the grid with the splitter. Also, I have created a sample to test this issue and please refer the sample in the link below:

Please try running the sample and if still the issue exists could you please try reproducing it in the above sample so that we could analyse further and sort out the cause to provide you a better solution?
