Regarding Coloumns name in Grid Control

Hi

I am using grid control and the name of the columns are taken from resource string it is set when i am put break point but it is not shown in the grid Plz help me in this matter.

Thank you for your patience.

Here is the minimal sample which takes the column name from a resource string. It shows the column name even though there is a break point in the code.
