Sorting column of celltype = formulacell

Hi,

Is there an easy way to sort cells of type 'formulacell'? SortByColumn seems to sort based on the text of the formulas, but I would like it to sort based on the result of the formulas.

I have attached a sample which illustrates the problem when you select a cell in the 1st column and click Sort.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

I can probably sort manually myself based on the result of the formula using formulatag.text, I was only wondering if maybe there is an existing property on the gridcontrol I can just set to sort based on the result of the formula.

Thanks.

Hi Omar ,

Thanks for the interest in Syncfusion products.

You can sort the formulacell based on the result of the formulas. Please refer the sample in the below link that shows the sorting of the formulacell

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Grid.Windows/F72913/main.htm

Please let me know if this is not what you needed.

Asem.
