Hi Gourav,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

I am afraid that I was not able to reproduce the issue mentioned here. Please find the simple sample in the following link that dynamically created ToolStripEx and added to the RibbonControlAdv:

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Tools.Windows/F72858/main.htm

Please find the videoclip in the following link that displays all the ToolStripEx items correctly when it is clicked first time:

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Tools.Windows/F72858/videoclip.zip

Please look at the above sample, if the issue still persists, could you please modify the above sample and send us, so that we could work in depth and provide you a better solution?

Please let me know if any concerns.

Regards,
Fathima

Hi Gourav,

Thank you for your patience.

The sample works fine for me. I have created a sample that uses RibbonControlAdv using version 6.1.0.34. Could you please let me know of which version currently you are using?

Please let me know if any concerns.
