Grid Coloumns width Increase to fill Backgroun

Hi,
I am using grid control. I added 9 coloumns but after 9 coloumn there is some white space
To fill the Space i want that my "comment" col width will be increse to fill the space or All coloumns width will adjust accordingly to fill the space.

Next thing is that in coloumn "A" i put the check boxes in coloumn "A" then i select multiple Check boxes and select next check box then it will checked all selected check boxes.
