GridGroupingControl Not Properly Formatting After Postback

After posting back the main page, a registered start up script opens a modal dialog. Unfortunately, the GridGroupingControl on the main page is not properly formatted(width, style sheet, no word wrap, etc.). The GridGroupingControl does not display its proper formatting until after the modal dialog closes. How do I setup the GridGroupingControl to preserve its formatted throughout the entire postback execution?

Please try running the sample and if still the issue exists could you please try reproducing it in the above sample and send us the modified sample so that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a solution?
