Focus and DateTimePickerAdv

There appears to be an inconsistancy in the datetimepickeradv with respect to consistant focus. Hopefully there is a solution or work-around.

If a user tabs the first time to the datetimepicker, it works fine. But often (not always), when you tab to the control, it focuses on the year rather than the month. How can I always set the position to the month when first in focus?

Please have a look at the above sample and if still the issue exists, could you please try reproducing it in the above sample and send us the modified sample in which this issue occurs so that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a solution?
