system requirements to work with Essential Diagram(DiagramWebControl)

I have working a solution which draws a group of nodes in the DiagramWebControl. I used a [Serializable()]
public class MySymbol : Group{} to draw the nodes, with the help of httpHandler - diagram_renderer.aspx able to see the diagram on the web page.
It works fine in all of our developer machines(which has XP installed).
Resently we were deployeed it in my QA server,
then actual problem started, my diagram is not visible on that pericular web page now. What will be the possible reason?
Diagram control has any hardware/software requirements to work..?
Am using Syncfusion 5.102.0.51

Hi Jyothi,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

Please make sure you have added the web.config file in the server in which it is deployed.

Please have a look at the KB article for more information.

Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Anupama,
Thanks for the reply,.
Now my application is in QA server for testing, How can I run my web site without having web.config file(which is like a heart of the web site) deployed in server . Am sure(and I checked) that I deployed web.config file correctly.. This might not be the problem with code, I have written, this might be happening bcoz of the settings in IIS or any scripts blocking this httpHandler.

If support team thinks in that way I may get the solution..

Thanks,
Jyothi
