X Axis full month

I'm using a chart with several series. Each datapoint of the series is defined by date(x axis) and a value (y axis).

Because the date is just one day a column is very thin because my x axis is defined in months steps.

What I want to get is, that when my date is 01.01.2008 that the column fills out the complete month of january. I tried to find a possibility to define a date-range instead of a date for the data point, but not look.

Can you help me on that?

We regret to let you know that currently it is not possible to set range to add points with our current architecture. Please find the simple sample that uses IChartSeriesModel with DateTime values in X axis. Using this we can retrieve the array of values and set series points.
