The request is mapped to a managed handler but the .NET Extensibility Feature is not installed.
Things you can try:
Ensure that the NTFS permissions for the web.config file are correct and allow access to the Web server's machine account.
Check the event logs to see if any additional information was logged.
Verify the permissions for the DLL.
Install the .NET Extensibility feature if the request is mapped to a managed handler.
Create a tracing rule to track failed requests for this HTTP status code. For more information about creating a tracing rule for failed requests, click here.
Links and More InformationThis error means that there was a problem while processing the request. The request was received by the Web server, but during processing a fatal error occurred, causing the 500 error.

Hi John,

Upload module Error

I am not able to reproduce the issue in windows 2008 server. Please refer the video clip in the below link:

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Tools.Web/71856/sample.zip

Also I have created a simple sample to test this issue and it is available in the following link:

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Tools.Web/6.1.0.34/F71856/main.htm

Please have a look at the above sample and if still the issue exists, could you please try reproducing it in the above sample and send us the modified sample so that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a solution?

Regards,
G.Yavana
